**ABOUT THE ROLE - CLINICAL & DISPENSING AUDIOLOGIST**

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical and Dispensing Audiologist to join our amazing Team Our clinic focuses on patient-centered care and the well-being of our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing for all ages (including OAEs and dedicated protocols for cognitive and hidden hearing loss assessments)
- For private clientele, third-party clientele
- ENT/Audiology clinics
- Prescribe, dispense and fit hearing devices and assistive listening devices
- Perform hearing aid maintenance checks and verification
- Dispense and fit custom and non-custom earplugs (swim plugs, hearing protection, sleeping plugs, communication)
- Provide appropriate counseling and education to individuals with hearing loss and their families to reduce communication problems and facilitate adjustments to hearing loss
- Community outreach and social media

**Qualifications, Skills and Abilities**
- Strong counselling and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a group and independently, with effective time management
- Compassionate approach to hearing health care
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude
- Master’s degree in Audiology from a recognized, accredited program
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Licensed by ACSLPA
