**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that align with customer requirements.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential buyers.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking customer interactions, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace, keeping track of inventory and sales documentation.
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, financing options, and vehicle specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with sales support processes and tools is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
