- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
- Utilize marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Assist in managing dealership inventory and maintaining an appealing showroom environment.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry or high-end retail sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and understanding customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not required; retail sales experience is also acceptable.
