**Job Title**: Car Sales Representative

**Location**: Mainland Motors, Surrey

**Job Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs by asking relevant questions.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, explaining features, advantages, and benefits.
- Offer test drives and discuss available financing options with potential buyers.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in deals to close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle inventory, industry trends, and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and goals.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure the showroom and vehicles are clean and well-maintained.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in car sales or retail sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer objections.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
