In the position of Finance Service Manager reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked about vehicles and providing superior customer service.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products, and other options: Providing guidance and assistance to customers in understanding and selecting financing options and additional products or services for their vehicle purchases.
- Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance transactions and safeguarding the dealership's financial interests.
- Ensuring a great understanding of programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer, lending partners, and other vendor partners. Staying informed about manufacturer incentives, financing programs, and promotional offers to effectively communicate and leverage them during customer interactions.
- Promoting a positive working relationship with our sales team, partners, and banking relationships. Collaborating with sales staff, vendors, and financial partners to facilitate smooth transactions and foster a positive working environment.
- Ensuring all products are understood and presented to every customer every time: Providing comprehensive explanations of available products and services to customers and ensuring transparency in all transactions.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understanding the required documentation of each deal and safeguarding the store in the event of an audit.
- Assisting with insurance and registration for vehicle purchases and leases.
- Supporting the sales team through ongoing training, mentoring, and teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned

**Desired Qualifications**:

- At least one year of previous experience as a Finance Manager.
- A valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- A valid VSA license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of effective sales strategies along with a good understanding of financial products and the banking industry is an asset.
- Strong desire to reach goals and succeed.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
