With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well The **Finance Manager **reports to the **General Sales Manager **and is responsible for helping customers obtain the financing they need to purchase the vehicle of their choice. Finance managers not only work directly with customers interested in a car loan, but they are also responsible for completing all of the required documentation for each financing transaction. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Sales Department. - Build on-going relationships with automotive lenders. - Work in a fast paced, team - oriented environment. - Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive attitude. - Provide exemplary customer service / relationship management and consultative selling. - Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis. **Qualifications**: - Minimum three (3) years experience in the automotive industry, finance and Ford experience is a must. - Driven by the satisfaction and success of the company. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Quick and flexible learner with a positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivated. - Effective interpersonal and team skills as well as strong phone skills. - Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do attitude" over the phone and in person. - Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. - Great organizations skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - You must have a valid Driver’s License. **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - Store discount - Vision care - Wellness program Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay **Experience**: - Finance Manager: 3 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
