Reporting to Head, RS & CS Main Street Distribution, you will undertake the following:
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Act as the main point of contact for newly enrolled lawyers and law clerks (our users)
- Identify, develop, and deliver customized training and support programs to users through in-office visits or online webinars
- Use FCT’s sales tools for day to day management and sales planning
- Ensure clients gain the full benefit of our product and service offerings by supporting their implementation and working with clients to increase usage across the firm for all transactions
- Foster strong customer relations and serve as customer advocate to ensure product feedback is captured and shared with product team
- Liaise closely with sales and technical support partners to provide the best customer experience and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Assist with the monitoring of customer engagement milestones across our users and assist with development of new customer success initiatives
- Assist in scanning the marketplace and our competitors to stay current on market trends and identify opportunities that may come available
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3 -5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role providing an outstanding customer experience on technical and non-technical matters
- Possess a natural curiosity for technology and how things work (you need to know WHY things are done in a certain way)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you are a natural presenter
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade with all levels within a professional organization
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to discuss business needs with all levels of customers
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Able to learn quickly and be both proactive and able to take initiative
- Previous experience working in a real estate/law firm environment is an advantage
- Flexibility in scheduling and supporting according to client needs within hours of business
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as web conferencing products like WebEx or similar
This role functions from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required to meet business and customer needs.
