We are expanding in Eastern Canada and are seeking a results-driven **District Sales Manager** to grow our business.
- In this role, you will oversee sales activities in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and Labrador, driving revenue growth and market share through a multi-market approach. **Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Engage with engineering firms, contractors, OEMs, end users, and distributors to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop sales strategies for target markets, aligned with company goals.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, training, and presentations.
- ** Market Insights**: Assess customer needs and market trends to create effective sales campaigns.
- ** Trade Events**: Represent Hayward at trade shows and industry events to promote our brand.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work with Customer Care, Technical Service, and other teams to ensure high-quality service.
- ** Account Management**: Support Customer Service in maintaining key account information.
- ** Travel**: Up to 50% travel within Canada and occasional U.S. trips.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- ** Experience**: 7+ years in technical or industry sales, with knowledge of flow control products.
- ** Skills**: Strong communication, technical aptitude, and presentation abilities.
- ** Market Knowledge**: Experience in water treatment, mining, aquatics, or chemical processing is preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- ** Driver's License**: Must hold a valid license for travel.
