District Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess key territory accounts and their revenue potential.
- Set and achieve an annual sales target through account development.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new target accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and create tailored account management strategies.
- Relay customer feedback and requirements to internal teams.
- Oversee customer relationship management to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of all sales-related administrative tasks.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- A technical degree (Master’s or equivalent) in disciplines such as Electrical, Business Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, SharePoint, and Business Object.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Automation, Electrical, Electronic, or Pneumatic sectors.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
