**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions and manage accounts effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project management.
- Assist in account management by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product information, service updates, and promotional offers.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential upsell opportunities during customer interactions.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within financial services or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Project management skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
