As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in direct communication with our customers, assisting them with their orders – data entry, invoicing, tracking and responding to their inquiries, all while maintaining our On-Time-Delivery targets and excellence in customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Receive and respond to customer orders and enquiries
  • Log and enter shipment details
  • Advocate for our customers and their shipping needs
  • Work seamlessly with other departments for our customer
  • Keep working area organized and clear of waste

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

  • Post-Secondary or High school diploma, or equivalent skills and experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience is an asset
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Possess a sound knowledge for the transportation / LTL trucking industry
  • Excellent computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
  • Telephone skills, listening and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, be dependable, emotional control, and good reporting skills
