Invoice Administrator

- _Ensure that client information details are kept up to date_
- _Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers_
- _Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill_
- _Tracking payments and ensuring that the cash flow into the company is buoyant_
- _Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company_
- _Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos_
- _Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time_
- _Recovering outstanding debts_
- _Handling clients’ account queries_
- _Assist with month-end closing and reporting_
- **Qualifications**:_
- _High school diploma _
- _At least two years of clerical office or administration experience_
- _Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software, such as Quickbooks_
- _Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills_
- _The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure_
- _Strong attention to detail and accuracy_
- _Excellent organizational and time management skills_
- _The ability to handle customer queries calmly_
- _The ability to work independently or as part of a team_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
