Membership consultants are responsible for providing high-level customer service, educating, and using skills trained by us to sell memberships. We are looking for high-achieving, organized individuals who want to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping others find their passion for fitness and health. Under the supervision of the Studio Manager, the SA must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills which will allow you to build rapport and lasting relationships with your team and our Orangetheory members. Hiring for Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Markham studios.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Educate and sell Orangetheory membership to prospects
- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
- Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Leads OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the OTF studio
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
- Employee benefit - Free sessions 1-2 Orangetheory Workouts/week - participation is essential
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Proper onboarding of all OTF clients using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
- Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Background in Kinesiology, Fitness & Health promotions, and Fitness Sales is an asset.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure highly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, especially on the phone and in-person
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Must have strong computer and social media skills
- Loves to be part of a team and celebrate team success
- An outgoing personality is a must, and a genuine passion for fitness

**Availability** - studio hours are from 5 am to 10 pm (Mon-Fri), and 7 am to 3 pm on weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
