Membership Sales Advisor

Sales Associates (SA) are responsible for providing high-level customer service, educating and using skills trained by us to sell memberships. We are looking for high-achieving, organized individuals who want to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping others find their passion for fitness and health. Under the supervision of the Studio Manager, the SA must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills which will allow you to build rapport and lasting relationships with your team and our Orangetheory members. **Hiring for Bathurst & Rutherford location**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Educate and sell Orangetheory membership to prospects
- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
- Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls
- Leads OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
- Employee benefit - Free sessions 1-2 Orangetheory Workouts/week - participation is essential
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Proper onboarding of all OTF clients using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
- Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Background in Kinesiology, Fitness & Health promotions, and Fitness Sales is an asset.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure highly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, especially on the phone and in-person
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Must have strong computer and social media skills
- Loves to be part of a team and celebrate team success
- An outgoing personality is a must and a genuine passion for fitness

**Availability** - studio hours are from 5 am to 10 pm (Mon-Fri) and 7 am to 3 pm on weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
