**What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greet and tour prospective members—make them feel at home from the first hello.
- Talk through goals and match them with the right membership option.
- Follow up with leads using our easy systems—no cold calling.
- Show up with energy and help us build a club people want to be part of.

**What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:

- Friendly, upbeat personality—you make people feel welcome.
- Reliability—you show up on time, ready to go.
- Open mindset—you’re ready to learn and grow.
- Belief in momentum—small actions, done consistently, move the needle.

**Nice-to-Haves:

- Previous sales or customer service experience (but not required).
- Comfort with digital tools like lead trackers or CRMs.
- Familiarity with gyms or fitness (as a member or trainer).

Absolutely Essential:

- Positive attitude that lifts the team.
- Willingness to take feedback and improve.
- Flexible availability—evening and weekend shifts available.

**How to Apply:

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
