**Key Objectives**:

- Demonstrate professionalism when working with trade/supplier partners and customers
- Provide administrative assistance to the leader of the warranty team
- Understand the warranty policies/processes and maintains accurate and timely documents supporting the same
- Monitor the progress of construction, completion of new home orientation deficiencies in advance of 3 - 4 week warranty visits
- Proactively schedule all 3 - 4 week, 4 - 5 month, 10 - 12 month and 15 month appointments and create applicable letters for clients, follow up on all outstanding matters regularly
- Ensure all spreadsheets, specifically seasonal items and customer deficiency lists are updated and maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Use these spreadsheets to fill out stat decs and recuperate money held back
- Prepare correspondence regarding warranty related matters (letters, memos, etc.)
- Responsible for timely and accurate warranty filing
- Create and send out all possession letters and book all HOO and CT/key release appointments for the site superintendents
- Create and distribute certificate of possession to superintendents for signing at key release and then file and distribute to lawyers and funding specialists
- Provide administrative support to construction creating VPO’s, changing suppliers and paying re-inspection fees
- Administrative processing of warranty invoices, framing invoices, rental invoices
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned

**Skill Requirements**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills
- Experience in the new home construction or warranty field is a strong asset
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
