We specialize in starter and move up homes in sustainable communities at attainable prices. **Summary** We are seeking a Warranty & Seasonal Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is key to ensuring homeowners receive timely and professional support throughout the post-possession warranty and seasonal service period. **The Opportunity** As a Warranty Coordinator at Akash Homes, you will act as the central point of contact for all warranty and seasonal service inquiries. You’ll work closely with homeowners, trades, and internal departments to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and documentation of service work. Your role is essential in maintaining trust and satisfaction with our customers long after they’ve moved in. **What You’ll Work On** - Managing all customer communications related to warranty and seasonal concerns, ensuring timely, professional, and solutions-oriented responses. - Coordinating and scheduling 3- and 11-month inspections, trade service appointments, and internal field support using Microsoft Outlook and internal systems. - Creating and issuing work orders, communicating with trade partners, and following up to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items. - Maintaining up-to-date records in Performance Builder, ensuring all warranty actions are properly tracked and documented. - Supporting warranty technicians with calendar management and logístical planning. - Triaging homeowner concerns to determine the appropriate response, trade, or internal action. - Collaborating with internal departments such as estimating to advise on chargebacks or warranty cost implications. - Providing homeowners with relevant documentation and managing the electronic filing of all related service items. **What You’ll Bring** - A diploma or certificate in a related field. - Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment - At least 1 year of administrative or office experience. - General knowledge of residential construction is considered a strong asset. - Familiarity with Alberta New Home Warranty policies and relevant building/safety codes is an asset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you thrive on building trust with both homeowners and trade partners. - Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. - Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and calm under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new systems. **What You Will Find Here** Some highlights of our total compensation at Akash Homes are: - Competitive Salary - Extended health care benefits (including dental and vision) - Matching RRSP program - Continuing Education Support As Akash Homes continues to scale, we are committed to investing in a compensation and benefits package that supports our employees’ success and well-being. **Our Team Says It Best**: Above all, we cherish our culture at Akash Homes.
