**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the warranty claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling of all claims.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in product quality.
- Daily Correspondence with home owners and trades regarding warranty issues and scheduling.
- Ensuring repairs are completed according to standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor staff on warranty processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on warranty performance metrics for management review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Weekly service report to the management.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in new home construction.
- Proven experience in a warranty department in new home construction is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to warranty claims.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in using warranty management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Alberta building code and new home warranty guide.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
