**Position Summary**:
As the HR Administrator/Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and human resources operations of the home. Reporting to the Site Leader and working closely with the Corporate HR and Finance teams, you will ensure smooth business office functions, compliance with HR policies, and a positive employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes
- Support site leadership with scheduling, attendance tracking, and HR documentation
- Maintain financial records including accounts payable/receivable and petty cash
- Act as a liaison between the site and corporate departments (HR, Finance, Payroll and LR)
- Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives
- Ensure compliance with union agreements, employment legislation, and internal policies

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or HR administration, preferably in healthcare or seniors living
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
