**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of HR administrative support to the HR team including prescreens, reference checks, and benefits administration.
- Assist the HR Team in recruitment activities - job ads, selection, interviews, preparation of hiring paperwork, letters, and reports.
- Assist with the filing and ongoing maintenance of HR files, ensuring security and confidentiality of data.
- Processing releases in our Learning Management System and ensuring they are accurate and compliant.
- On-boarding and Off-boarding support corporate new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team on data-driven initiatives, including report generation, problem identification, and process improvements.
- Support with exit interviews and recapping of data.
- Prepare HR reports and data evaluations as required.
- Schedule pre-employment testing.
- Provide administrative support for key HR initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources and/or Administration.
- 2+ years Human Resources experience.
- 5+ years administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills with a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with an HRIS or data inputting system is an asset.
- Knowledge of the common tickets within Construction/Trades environment is an asset.

- Ability to manage highly confidential material in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
