**About the Role**: Serves as client-facing lead on the Account Service team, offering support on a leading QSR client. While responsibilities have the potential to span all pillars of the business, this individual will be primarily anchored to National & Test Digital merchandising, with a specific focus on digital menu board execution / versioning, which requires strong organizational tactics to manage a high-volume of elements. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic professionals who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment. This individual must be a strong communicator and collaborator - they must be able to fluently advocate for the client to the agency, and the agency to the client. As an agency, we pride ourselves on providing the gold standard of client service: service-oriented, organized & proactive, level-headed. It is imperative that this individual share this same mentality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participates in day-to-day management of Merchandising (namely, digital merchandising) for specific QSR client, supporting the Account lead. This includes the following:

- Engagement in multiple aspects of project progression including, but not limited to, project kick-off, concept presentations, execution / revisions, legal / partner reviews.
- Responsible for deciphering client-maintained tracker that outlines the digital requirements (per campaign) and creating an internal digital tracker listing versions and sizes required to produce
- Will champion the digital file release process ensuring promos are actioned and turn to vendors on time
- Responsible for the scheduling document that outlines promo placement and rotations on the digital menu boards
- Responsible for timely, actionable & collaborative internal comments on a daily basis. This includes project management, production art, print production, proofreading & creative team members.
- Will lead weekly status call with digital vendors to discuss project tracking, as well as internal status connects
- Responsible for timely, clear & proactive external communications on a daily basis. Client contacts include day-to-day Marketing & Marketing Execution team members. Partner contacts include print / Digital Menu Board vendors & 3rd party partners.
- It is critical that this individual is comfortable managing both internal & external demands / communications to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
- Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously & remaining organized. In addition to managing significant external & internal dialogue, this individual must be comfortable owning a variety of documents / deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Creating and maintaining an excel tracker for the broader team for all digital promos indicating required versioning, release dates and status
- Issuing scheduling documents each week to reflect the digital promo rotations for the interior and exterior menu boards
- Developing change orders, image lab requests & asset requests.
- Collaborating on / creating creative briefs.
- Participating in billing responsibilities - estimate development, PO requests.
- Marking-up & managing creative changes within ProofHQ.
- Gathers necessary information to effectively support creative presentations; partners with peers to gather appropriate collateral for presentation setup (i.e. historical creative and/or competitive materials).
