Vent Pro is a full-service HVAC contractor based in Saskatoon, SK, and has proudly served Alberta and Saskatchewan since 2014, leaving satisfied customers from Estevan to Fort McMurray. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of HVAC equipment, dust collection and, more recently, Radon Measurement and Mitigation.

**Administrative Assistant**

As an administrative assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, working closely with our management team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with colleagues across different departments and functions.

**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**

Customer Service
- Provide prompt and professional customer service
- Take client calls
- Educate and inform clients about Vent Pro and our services
- Build relationships with clients
- Warm and welcoming invitation for every client
- Maintain focus and priority of offering exceptional customer service
- Sales calls

Scheduling
- Booking clients with the appropriate team members
- Coordinating all work that needs to be done
- Creating work schedules for the team
- Making accurate notes and details about clients’ needs
- Explain all services to clients
- Book repeating work if necessary
- Demonstrates confidence in booking work, answering questions, etc.
- Creating work orders

Documentation
- Scanning / input of information
- Sorting and managing paperwork and receipts
- Writing and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all work being done

Payments
- Preparing invoices
- Accounts payable processing
- Accounts receivable processing
- Follow-up on A/R

Education and Promotion
- Familiarity with all Vent Pro services
- Knowledgeable on prices
- Work durations
- Ability to properly pitch and educate clients on services

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
