Bookkeeper/office Administrator

Experienced in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks
- Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Organized, and have time management skills
- Able to take direction and work alone
- Be self motivated
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Bi-Weekly Payroll for 30 employees
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Bank account reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- CRA, WCB, and Union Remittances
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Assisting with Year End & Year End Adjustments
- Assist our Sales staff with administrative tasks
- Cover dispatching of 18 technicians when our Service Coordinator is absent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
