**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support
- Maintain documentation for HR, Safety, Quality, and Purchasing
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist staff with printing, scanning, and general office tasks
- Maintain manuals: Quality, Safety, Procedures, and Employee Handbook
- Organize office supplies and coordinate job postings/interviews

Safety & HR Coordination
- Organize monthly safety meetings and record minutes
- Support bi-weekly toolbox meetings with foremen
- Administer new employee documentation and HR records

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Reconcile US and Canadian bank statements
- Administer benefits, RRSP contributions, and payroll (Sage50)
- Handle government filings: CRA, WCB, GST, PST, EHT, Corp Tax
- Maintain GL accounts, asset register, and intercompany entries
- Prepare ROEs and support year-end T4 reviews

Accounts Receivable
- Process deposits, cheques, and direct deposits
- Handle project invoicing and capital job documentation
- Monitor AR weekly and report to management

Accounts Payable
- Run payables cheques, process invoices, and manage approvals
- Execute wire transfers, manual cheques, and online payments

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support
- Proficient in Sage50, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (E2 preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
