**The team of **PS Refrigeration** **is looking for an enthusiastic individual to be a part of the backbone of our growing company.** As our office administrator, you will be responsible for creating and strengthening customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a committed individual who is ready to work hard and be part of a goal-oriented team

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service including handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Follow up on customers in regard to accounts receivable.
- Prepare and file payroll.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Maintain the office in a tidy manner.
- Ensure the appropriate organization of customer profiles.
- Preparing and managing invoices and quotations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Background in office work and accounting.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Work Description**:

- Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Paid holidays.

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
