**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct account analysis and budgeting to support financial planning efforts.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation, per specific job.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, and filing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance office efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping and payroll management.
- Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBook is required.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V3X 1N8
