Office Administrator

Nu Dimensions seeks a self-driven and team-oriented Office Administrator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate billing documents/invoices.
- Generate sales orders for all new orders.
- Generate packing slips for all completed sales orders.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage and update various administrative documents and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with Office Manager on all AP and AR.
- Report all accounting documents to Bookkeeper.
- Filing documents both electronically and physically.
- Organize documents and office space.
- Submit employee payroll to Bookkeeper.
- Place office and shop supply orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Available to work regular office hours: 7:45am-4:15pm
- Good personality fit with Nu Dimensions’ culture
- Hard worker, interested in a long term, steady relationship
- Great organizational skills, great communication skills
- Flexible and patient with day to day routine
- Has worked with a highly systemized production company
- Familiar with industrial fabrication and manufacturing vocabulary desired, but not required
- Previous administrative experience required
- Must be proficient in Excel & MS Office
