**What is the Opportunity?**

Under the direction of the Fleet General Manager, the Shop Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and day-to-day support to the Fleet shop, located in Milton, ON.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Request and review supplier quotes for repairs and services.
- Order and receive parts and materials from suppliers.
- Interact with shop technicians.
- Inventory control and monitoring.
- Interact with suppliers, sub-contractors and intercompany divisions.
- Set up internal work orders.
- Request purchase order creation.
- Receive / post packing slips to our internal system.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Knowledge of construction equipment.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with project or equipment administration is an asset.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Superior communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
