**What is the Opportunity?**

Under the direction of the Fleet Finance Manager, the Equipment Administrator will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Fleet group, located in Milton, ON.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Distribution of Taxable Benefit related items, and processing of monthly invoices.
- Maintenance of Rental Schedule and processing/receiving of related invoices.
- Document and ensure continuous process improvements are applied within area of responsibility.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
- Onboarding new Equipment and preparing affiliated file folders.
- Maintaining necessary equipment lists.
- Allocating assets to jobsites.
- Administration of equipment adjustments and transfers.
- Assistance with onboarding and offboarding equipment.
- Coordination with shop supervisor with regards to repairs to equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Knowledge of construction equipment.
- Experience with project or equipment administration is an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Superior communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
