Elite Marketing is a marketing agency in Markham Ontario looking to expand out team with an amazing Account Executive We are looking for someone who has experience in sales, knows the marketing industry, is organized and communicates well. Above all we need someone who is excited about the role and the possibilities for growth. We are looking for a team player.

**Responsibilities Include**:
Having a solid grasp of the company's extensive list of services and selling those services

Building relationships with small and medium sized businesses to foster long term relationships

Leverage technology and experience to hunt for leads and close them

Using your connections to generate business

Implementing sales and marketing techniques and strategies

Attending and speaking at presentations

Meeting with clients

Communicating order information to various departments in a clear and organized manner.

Collaborating in a team environment

Maintaining and growing our CRM

Taking each order from start to finish alongside the designers,

Invoicing clients

Ensuring client satisfaction

**Qualifications**:
Must be a motivated self starter with at least 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing

Have basic knowledge of photography, videography, branding, graphic design, and social media

Have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Quickbooks, powerpoint etc.

Work well independently and as part of a team

Must have a positive, fun, can-do attitude

**Details**:
This is a full time, in person position

We offer a base salary of $40,000 PLUS a generous commission on sales.

3 Month probationary period.

MUST hit monthly sales targets.

Must have a drivers licence, drivers insurance and a reliable vehicle

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
