**Licensed Paralegal - Property Management & LTB Specialist**

**Location**: Windsor, Ontario (Head Office)
**Position**: Full-Time | Growth-Based | Bonus Incentives

We’re hiring a **Licensed Paralegal** to join our growing team in a **unique dual-role** that combines **Property Management and Landlord & Tenant Board (LTB)** work.

This is **not your typical paralegal job** — you'll manage real rental portfolios, work directly with landlords, and handle all legal matters under the Residential Tenancies Act. No experience needed — we’ll provide full training. All we ask is that you’re licensed and in good standing with the LSO.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be a Licensed Paralegal in Ontario (LSO in good standing)**:

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
