**In-House Paralegal / Property Manager**

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an In-House Paralegal / Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in both property management and legal fields. While previous experience in paralegal work is not required, you will receive comprehensive training if needed.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Property Management Duties**: Oversee daily property management tasks to ensure smooth operations, including tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
- **Member Support**: Maintain and offer support to our members, ensuring their needs are met and questions are addressed promptly.
- **Lead Management**: Handle new member leads, effectively communicate with all leads and members, and work to close leads through negotiation and responsiveness.
- **Organizational Management**: Support the structure and organization of business operations, including managing our Facebook page and actively responding to daily posts to foster community engagement.
- **Client Service**: Provide superior service to clients regarding LTB regulations and inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with LTB forms and regulations.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with innovative ideas.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for daily use.
- Must have a cell phone for communication.
