**Mission**:
To provide administrative support to the President, Executives and Management.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Answer phones for the President when he is unavailable. Respond to queries in a prompt, courteous and tactful manner.

2. Maintain contacts and customer contracts for the President.

3. Provide administrative support to the President, Executives, Management and Board of Directors.

4. Organize travel arrangements for all staff as required.

5. Relieve switchboard as required.

6. Organize all Company functions for both Canadian divisions.

7. Prepare Weekly Report for internal management.

8. Prepare weekly Operations Report for internal management.

9. Record and distribute minutes from monthly management meetings for both Canadian divisions.

10. Record minutes of all Board and Committee meetings and make arrangements for Annual Shareholder meetings. Maintain Board of Director files.

11. Prepare expense reports for Executives and Sales personnel as required.

12. Issue all press releases through newswire service.

13. Update website and corporate LinkedIn page each time a press release is issued.

14. Complete annual customer surveys for all sites.

15. Manage the process for items requiring the President’s approval such as expense reports, capital expenditure requests, etc.

16. Ad Hoc assignments.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.

2. Post-secondary education is preferred.

3. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, communication, stress management and time management skills.

4. Attention to detail.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
