**Job Overview**

**Duties**

- Verify patient information and insurance details to ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records software; experience with Accuro is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for patient interactions.
