Our receptionist will be responsible for establishing priorities for office operations and performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties within a clinical and medical practice setting. Background Accuro or Emedical is preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient information and ensure that it is up-to-date and correct
- Answer patient questions in a professional manner.
- Manage clinic appointments.
- Patient registration and complying with all clinic procedures related within (Data entry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong work ethic, with ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with healthcare team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
