**About the Role**
As a clinic receptionist an client care coordinator, you are the primary contact for our clients and team. You will oversee many aspects of operations, working independently. Your skill set will include the ability to exhibit emotional intelligence, problem solving, and excellent communication skills while being confident, caring, emphatic and friendly.
You're passionate about supporting and encouraging clients towards their wellness goals by educating them on the benefits of massage therapy and self care. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Greet and check in clients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Educate clients about services and store products (training provided)
- Manage bookings and appointment confirmations via Jane App or similar platforms
- Handle POS transactions and end-of-day cash-outs
- Conduct treatment rooms and co-manage of therapist’s schedules
- Support daily operations including light cleaning, retail restocking, and laundry
- Notify clinic manager/supervisor if there are low supplies stocking or equipment need to be fixed
- Make sure and keep the workspace clean, serene, and ready to welcome clients
- In charge of daily complimentary drink and snack for customers
- Be a team payer and support a respectful environment
**What We’re looking for**
- Minimum of high school or college diploma
- Experience in a spa, wellness clinic, beauty-based or similar as a front desk or customer service role
- Willing to be trained as a receptionist or customer service specialist
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and great at communicating with clients
- Available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and group events
- Strong phone skills, both incoming & outgoing calls
- Proficient computer skills for proper appointment scheduling & invoicing
- Comfortable working in a warm, team-oriented spa environment
- Passionate about natural, holistic healing and client well-being
- Willingness to receive feedback and grow within a team
