**Receptionist & Office Service Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the office
- Managing multi-line phone system
- Process and sort incoming mail
- Coordinate meetings & events, set up meeting rooms
- Maintain ticket request log for facility maintenance
- Support onboarding of new staff such as access cards, nameplates, business cards etc.
- Maintain stock of office & kitchen supplies
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
