Are you an organized, friendly, and professional individual with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy real estate office. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and love helping people, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth

✔ Schedule appointments and manage office calendars

✔ Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area

✔ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

✔ Support real estate agents and office staff with day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in a real estate or administrative role is a plus (but not required)
