Do you enjoy welcoming staff and clients, answering the phone, and pitching in administratively where needed? We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Office Coordinator to work in the SE in a professional office environment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide reception support, answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls.
- Greeting and directing clients.
- Mail and couriers.
- Booking board rooms, and maintaining lobby and waiting area.
- Ordering office supplies, data entry, and records management.
- General office upkeep, ensuring boardrooms and kitchen are fully stocked.
- Other responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of one year experience working in an office.
- Intermediate-level computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
- Must have a professional demeanor and a team-orientated attitude.
- Must be available to start immediately; this role will start off as a temporary full-time position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
