We are growing Esthetics Facial and Laser Hair Removal Spa in Mississauga.

We are looking a for a manager to take over full operations of an franchisee owned location, which is part of a growing Franchise system in North America.
- a quick learner and able to grasp business needs quickly understand goals and objectives
- a people person who motivates the staff to achieve goals
- a good planner who can plan and execute tasks timely
- able to follow the franchise system while coming up with ideas to meet goals
- able to work with unexpected schedule changes to support the operations when needed outside scheduled work hours
- able to work in a rapidly changing environment
- a person who hold herself accountable to results instead of hours
- a person who is competitive and want to be successful
- a person who takes ownership

This is not a remote job. Ideal manager is expected to spend about 50 hours on the job to be successful.
