**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
- Check dishes for accuracy, quality, and presentation before they are delivered to guests.
- Ensure food is delivered to the right table, in the right order, and at the right temperature.
- Manage the pace and flow of orders during service, balancing efficiency with quality.
- Communicate any special requests, modifications, or dietary needs to the kitchen clearly and promptly.
- Support the kitchen and FOH teams during peak service hours to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with organizing plates, garnishes, and final touches as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized expo station throughout service.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a food expeditor, senior food runner, or in a similar high-volume, high-end restaurant role.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Compensation**
$17.55 + tips
Pay: $17.55 per hour
Work Location: In person
