**Job Description**:

- Set-up and stock the line so it is ready for and during service
- Communicate to the back and front of house special requests and modifications
- Monitor food quality, presentation and ensure all food leaves the kitchen to O&B standards
- Monitor cleanliness of station and ensure all materials and area are clean and free from clutter
- Follow all food safety standards and systems
- Close the line and complete side duties
- Other duties as assigned or required

**Qualifications**:

- Prior Expeditor experience preferred or similar experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing
- Able to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
