THE ROLE: Food Expeditor

We are seeking experienced, poised, and passionate **Food Expeditors** to join our launch team and help deliver an unforgettable guest journey. You will be the backbone of our restaurant, guiding guests through ORO’s innovative menu and embodying the energy, elegance, and precision that define the ORO experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create elevated, personalized service experiences for every guest
- Guide guests confidently through seasonal and globally inspired menus
- Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to ensure fluid, high-quality execution
- Uphold ORO’s high standards for service, presentation, and pacing
- Manage multiple orders and deliver fresh food to the table
- Represent the brand with poise, energy, and respect

YOU BRING:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale or fine-dining environments
- Passion for global cuisine and refined hospitality
- Deep knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service (or strong willingness to learn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special event nights
- A calm presence under pressure and a team-first attitude
