**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

HRS Global is searching for an accounts receivable professional to join our team. This individual works closely with finance, warehousing, customer service and sales.
- Generate and send invoices for our customers.
- Communicate with warehouse team regarding any possible discrepancies.
- Application of all customer payments.
- Processing customer claims / credits.
- Daily verification and distribution of sales journal.
- Daily filing of physical invoices and credit notes.
- Month-end procedure.
- Follow up on overdue accounts.

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**

Cegep or accounting professional certificate

**EXPERIENCE**

1+ years of experience in accounts receivable and related activities.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES**
- Knowledge of wholesale industry invoicing/credit notes
- SAP Business One
- Microsoft office knowledge (Word & Excel)
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients verbally and written in both English and French

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET FONCTIONS**

HRS Global est à la recherche d'un professionnel des comptes clients pour se joindre à notre équipe. Cette personne travaille en étroite collaboration avec les finances, l'entreposage, le service à la clientèle et les ventes.
- Générer et envoyer des factures pour nos clients.
- Communiquer avec l'équipe de l'entrepôt au sujet de tout écart possible.
- Application de tous les paiements des clients.
- Traitement des réclamations/crédits clients.
- Vérification quotidienne et distribution du journal des ventes.
- Archivage quotidien des factures physiques.
- Procédure de fin de mois.
- Suivi des comptes en souffrance.

**ÉDUCATION & FORMATION**
- Certificat professionnel de cégep ou de comptabilité.
- 1+ années d'expérience dans les comptes clients et les activités connexes.

**COMPÉTENCES, CONNAISSANCES ET CAPACITÉS**
- Connaissance de la facturation / notes de crédit de l'industrie et activités connexe.
- Connaissance de SAP Business One.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word et Excel).
- Capacité de communiquer clairement avec les clients verbalement et par écrit en anglais et en français.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- accounts receivable: 3 years (preferred)
