Communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding their accounts in accordance with policies and requests.
- Issue invoices and credits to the system according to established procedures and deadlines
- Prepare daily deposits and cash receipts in the system to record customer payments (RBC Express)
- Enter customer credit card payments into Moneris and enter them into the Contal system
- Analyze and make period-end and year-end journal entries (related to accounts receivable, patronage refunds, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Proceed to the archiving and research of documents related to accounts receivable
- Maintain customer files with credit information
- Collaborate in the implementation of credit policies and ensure compliance with them by all stakeholders in the company across Canada
- Be the contact person for information related to customer credit

- Communiquer quotidiennes avec les clients relativement à leurs comptes conformément aux politiques et demandes.
- Faire l’émission de facture et de crédit au système selon les procédures et délais établis
- Préparation quotidienne des dépôts et des encaissements au système pour enregistrer les paiements des clients (RBC Express)
- Faire la saisie dans Moneris des paiements des clients par carte de crédit et en faire l’entrée au système Contal
- Analyser et effectuer les écritures de journal de fin de période et de fin d’année (Reliées aux comptes à recevoir, Ristournes, Conciliation bancaire, etc)
- Tenir à jour les dossier des clients avec les informations de relance de créditCollaborrer à la mise en place de politiques de crédit et s’assurer le respect de celles-ci par l’ensemble des intervenants dans l’entreprise à travers le Canada
- Être la personne ressource pour les informations relatives au crédit des clients
