**Workplace**:
Our head office being located in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal, we know that some of our employees are concerned by the roadwork being carried out in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel. **Our expectations**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the clerk is responsible for completing and processing adjustments to charge accounts, in addition to assisting in the overall running of the Accounts Receivable Department.

**Your role**
- Process cash receipts on customer accounts according to the daily list
- Process account transfers
- Complete customer master maintenance
- Reconcile credit/debit accounts
- Contact customers to resolve issues

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong understanding of Lowe’s Canada’s credit policies and procedures (an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude
- Tactful, persistent, and decisive attitude when communicating with customers
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills; capacity to deal with multiple tasks and tight deadlines
