**Your role**
- Process cash receipts on customer accounts according to the daily list.
- Process RONA INC cheques from other RONA departments (marketing, HR, employee purchases).
- Process adjustments on customers accounts, credit or debit, with the information’s received from customers or other RONA departments. (Rebates, fraud, transfer, discount, customer satisfaction, taxes, interest).
- Complete customer master maintenance and inform the credit department.
- Reconcile credit/debit accounts.
- Contact customers to resolve issues and reconcile their accounts.
- Support RONA stores to correct payment on client’s account.
- Search and reconciled payments.
- Complete EFT or new vendor forms.
- Reconcile bank account.
- Reconcile Interco file
- Make daily transfer between systems or in the same system, for dealers or another banner (Dick's Lumber, Lowe's)
- Reconcile GL (Other adjustments)
- Take off Credit on accounts for refunds
- NSF
- BDWO/Recovery
- Cash transactions
- Management of job requests,hiring, layoffs, long or short-term absences
- Meet the employees to talk about their own performance
- Fix the personal goals for each employee
- Management of projects and new procedures
- Make payments for Canada Post and Pirel
- Reconcile the invoices (PC and Pirel) and complete Excel files.
- Assure the tasks of beginning and end of the account period are done.
- Answer all requests from the account team (US and India)
- Give training

**The qualifications that we are looking for**
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field or DEP in accounting.
- 2 years of experience with customer’s account.
- 2 years of team management.
- Strong understanding of Lowe’s Canada’s credit policies and procedures (an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude.
- Tactful, persistent, and decisive attitude when communicating with customers.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills; capacity to deal with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Adapt to change quickly.
