Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The role is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, and requires maintaining quality standards and resolving customer concerns. Our Route Service Sales Representatives Enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑Day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Include Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe practices. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment, candidates must provide: A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license. All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess The ability to meet physical requirements of the position. A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team environment. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
