We are currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex marine service operations.

Position Summary

The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between clients and the service team. This role is well suited for a professional with at least two years of experience in the marine industry, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a high level of computer proficiency. The position requires balancing client-facing responsibilities with technical coordination and administrative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand service needs, explain recommended solutions, and prepare service estimates
  • Create accurate service quotes, job estimates, and invoices based on inspections and technician input
  • Coordinate scheduling between technicians, parts, and management to maintain efficient workflow
  • Manage work orders, service documentation, and client communication using digital systems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and timely follow-up
  • Assist with workflow coordination and provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the marine industry (service, operations, or technical roles)
  • Working knowledge of marine engines, systems, and service procedures
  • Strong communication, customer service, and estimation skills
  • High proficiency with computer systems, scheduling tools, and data entry
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
