We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Penetanguishene. As a key member of our online ordering team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.
- Accurately submit online orders and maintain up-to-date records
- Responding to general client inquiries
- Providing data entry support
- Maintaining an organized filing system
- Providing support to various staff projects

**Qualifications, Responsibilities & Requirements**:
Post Secondary education (must have exceptional written and verbal communication in English)

Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook, IE)

STRONG Typing skills to ensure quick and ACCURATE data entry

Must be a detailed oriented person with good recall/retention skills

Quick learner, able to multi-task and adapt to changes

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Previous experience in performing clerical functions an asset

Professional service

Additional administrative duties as required

Understanding of confidentiality

Team Player with good organizational and communication skills

Research skills

Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

Proactive and service-oriented.

Additional Benefits:

- Benefit package after 3-month probation period, paid for fully by employer until end of contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- 9am - 5pm
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
